No mistake, there are Four C’s of Marketing. The Four P’s; Product, Place, Promotion, and Price are from the marketer’s perspective. Where will we sell our product? How we will get the word out? What will we charge? All good questions.
In order for the marketer to maintain focus on the target market (customer), it is helpful to put these questions in the customer voice. Even better questions. Where can I find a solution to ____? What will it cost? Will it be easy for me? Will the sales person be knowledgeable? Is information available on-line?
